This octopus is sliced into nice chunky pieces that are ideal
for things like a salad, tapas or even fish stews. We use the the cooked tentacles from the much loved Spanish octopus (octopus vulgaris). The tentacles can be eaten cold as a Galician style octopus or heat them up and pop them into a seafood chowder! Or even better, as an octopus carpaccio. There are so many ways to use them.
